A proposed extension and major internal refurbishment to an existing end of terrace house in South London.

The scheme successfully transformed an ordinary three bedroom house into contemporary living space featuring open living/dining and kitchen with flexibility to separate the rooms.

The project also provided for a lifetime homes standards with provision of a ground floor shower room as well as future bedroom on the ground floor.
